Key Responsibilities of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families on healthcare needs
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality care
• Document patient conditions and interventions accurately

Requirements of the RN - Home Health - Travel

• Valid RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact)
• BLS or BLS-I certification
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• BSN preferred
• At least 5 years of OR experience with proficiency in Neurology, Orthopedics, or Vascular specialties
• Epic experience required
• Ability to start within 4 weeks
• PALS required
