Full Charge Bookkeeper Location: South Euclid, OH 44121 (Onsite) Pay: $24.00/hour Schedule: 30-35 hours per week Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire Hours: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Schedule Options: Monday-Friday (Fridays typically half days), or Sunday-Thursday (Sunday is a shortened workday) Dress Code: Casual business attire (no ripped jeans or clothing with graphics) About the Opportunity Staffing Solutions Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper to support the day-to-day financial operations of a local organization in South Euclid. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, comfortable working independently, and experienced with QuickBooks Online. Key Responsibilities Record and categorize financial transactions in QuickBooks Online Maintain accurate and organized financial records Process deposits, contributions, and other income transactions Monitor accounts payable and ensure timely payment of invoices Assist with payroll coordination when needed Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements Review account balances and identify discrepancies Prepare monthly financial reports, including: Income Statements Balance Sheets Maintain consistency in expense coding and account classifications Document financial procedures and support continuity of operations Work closely with existing accounting staff to learn and maintain established processes Required Qualifications Experience using QuickBooks Online Strong knowledge of bank and credit card reconciliations Experience preparing basic financial reports High level of accuracy and attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Preferred Qualifications Payroll experience Understanding of restricted or fund-based accounting Ability to read and interpret financial statements Join a team that values efficiency, communication, and precision.
