Real Estate Capital Markets Analyst

Cushman & Wakefield in Houston seeks a Capital Markets Financial Analyst to support a leading broker team within the EDSF group. Based on-site at 1330 Post Oak Blvd, you will prepare financial analyses, debt and equity models, and marketing materials for real estate transactions. You will build Excel and Argus models, assist with due diligence, and summarize feedback for lenders and clients. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in CRE financial analysis, strong writing skills, excellent time #J-18808-Ljbffr Cushman & Wakefield
