Be part of the action as a Sales Coordinator, supporting our dealerships and finance team while gaining experience and advancing your career. Ideal Backgrounds: Essential Duties and Responsibilities (not in order of priority): Process invoices and sales documentation for new and used equipment transactions. Conduct lien searches and secure required release documentation. Coordinate inventory audits and track equipment transfer between locations. Maintain accurate records and update internal systems. Support the finance, sales, and operations teams with administrative tasks. Identify process improvements and handle confidential information professionally. Education, Skills & Knowledge Preferred: Preferred candidates will possess a 2-4-year college degree in business or equivalent experience. Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage a fast-paced workflow are critical to success in this position. Ability to work with confidential information and maintain confidentiality.
