Position Highlights

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care services for patients of all ages
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
• Perform preventive health screenings, annual wellness visits, and routine physical examinations
• Develop individualized treatment plans focused on improving long-term patient outcomes
• Order, interpret, and communicate laboratory and diagnostic testing
• Prescribe medications and therapeutic treatments in accordance with Florida regulations
• Educate patients on preventive care, chronic disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and support staff to coordinate high-quality patient care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives that support exceptional patient outcomes

Qualifications

Required

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Active Florida medical license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

Preferred

• Experience in outpatient primary care
• Passion for community medicine
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach to patient care
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting salary: $210,000
• Medical insurance with approximately 75% employer-paid premiums
