We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Director of Nursing (DON) . The ideal candidate is a compassionate and motivated RN leader who is committed to providing the highest level of care to our residents.

DON Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations of the nursing department

• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations

• Manage nursing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations

• Monitor resident care and address any issues related to quality or safety

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure personalized care plans

• Maintain accurate documentation and reports for audits and inspections

• Foster a positive, supportive, and accountable team culture

DON Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of New Jersey

• Nursing leadership experience in long-term care is required.

• Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to nursing homes

• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills

• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
