1st Shift Turret Driver

Ready to put your warehouse skills to work with a team that values accuracy, safety, and teamwork? We're seeking an experienced Turret Driver to join our 1st shift operation.

In this role, you'll operate a Raymond Turret/Swing Reach Lift to support inventory movement, order picking, and put-away activities while helping keep our warehouse running efficiently.

This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced environment where flexibility is key. As part of a smaller team, you'll have the opportunity to cross-train in different warehouse functions and assist where needed to support daily operations and customer demands.

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a Raymond Turret/Swing Reach Lift
• Perform put-away and order-picking tasks
• Maintain inventory accuracy and attention to detail
• Cross-train in additional warehouse functions
• Assist with warehouse tasks as business needs require
• Follow all safety and operational procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous Raymond Turret/Swing Reach Lift experience required
• Ability to pass an equipment skills assessment
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
