This position supports our Weekend Day Shift working Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 3:00AM to 3:00PM. You will work 36 Hours and be paid for 40 Hours plus earn a 10% pay premium. This role will be performed full-time on site at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. Our employees work on the world's most advanced electronics. Fabricates and/or modifies complex microwave/RF integrated circuit modules and sub-assemblies by following specific instructions. Familiar with substrate attach (duroid/ceramic), MMICs, soldering skills and eutectic die attach. Sheet epoxies are our main application so they should also be familiar with duroid and ceramic applications. Prefer to be familiar with lamination presses, bladder bag ovens, Solder Reflow Ovens, and sheet epoxies (mainly with the focus of attaching substrates to modules/housings). Also prefer experience working with adhesives and epoxy's.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED. 2 years of work experience or equivalent experience required in lieu of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to work under a microscope for extended periods of time
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills:

• Experience with Microwave subassemblies and knowledge of MIL STD-883.
• Manufacturing experience
• Secret Clearance

Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $41844 - $66952 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
