Location Waterbury Region Bonus $10,000 sign on bonus Employment Type Full time Shift Mon – Fri 8 am to 5 pm, weekend rotation every 4 weeks Position Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) About the role As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you’ll deliver skilled nursing care in the comfort of patients’ homes, creating individualized care plans, administering medications, educating patients and families and supporting recovery and independence. Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Connecticut. One (1) year experience as a professional acute care nurse. Home care experience preferred but not required. Must have current Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
