About the Role

The Company is in search of a Senior Vice President of Finance to spearhead the financial operations and strategy, ensuring a strong alignment with the organization's mission and long-term objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, leading the annual budgeting process, and overseeing financial forecasting and performance monitoring. A key aspect of the role is to manage cash flow planning and investment activities to maximize returns, as well as to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices through the oversight of internal controls. The SVP of Finance will also be expected to provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, and to strengthen the organization's analytical capabilities for the evaluation of program and agency status. Applicants for the Senior Vice President of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a Master’s degree and CPA being preferred. A minimum of 10 years of progressive management experience, particularly in a nonprofit environment, is required.
