Registered Nurse Endoscopy/GI

Job Summary:

Provides direct and indirect patient care within an outpatient clinic setting, focusing on holistic, individualized nursing interventions. Utilizes nursing processes including assessment, care planning, patient education, and ongoing evaluation to ensure high-quality care delivery.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop tailored care plans that address psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and lifestyle factors.
  
  
• 
  Deliver holistic nursing care to all patients in the assigned area, ensuring personalized attention and safety.
  
  
• 
  Collaborate effectively with physicians, patients, and support staff to facilitate a coordinated interdisciplinary approach.
  
  
• 
  Adhere to industry standards, policies, and regulations to promote a safe, reliable, and compliant patient experience.
  
  
• 
  Engage in ongoing professional development to maintain clinical competence and stay current with best practices.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active California RN license and BLS certification.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate at least 2 years of relevant clinical nursing experience.
  
  
• 
  Maintain current certifications such as AHA or ARC, with valid expiration dates.
  
  
• 
  Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
  
• 
  Ability to complete onboarding modules within 3-5 days and meet compliance documentation deadlines.
