As a Behavior Technician, you’ll bring energy, creativity, and compassion to help children on the autism spectrum build essential skills in a fun, supportive environment. Work one-on-one with children at our center (no evenings or weekends!) while implementing learning programs, collecting data, and celebrating each child’s progress. You’ll be surrounded by a collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, and practicum students who are as passionate as you are about making a difference. Responsibilities: • Welcome and communicate professionally with families and coworkers. • Deliver individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under BCBA supervision. • Engage children in structured and play-based learning activities. • Record data accurately and maintain session documentation. • Work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum in a center-based environment. Qualifications: • Physical ability to actively interact and engage with young children. • Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality of client information. • Reliable transportation and punctuality to get to our center on time! • Willingness to learn — ABA experience is a plus, but not required (training provided). • Passion for working with individuals on the autism spectrum - patience, empathy, and a positive attitude are key. Compensation: $40,000 yearly
