Job ID: 529019 Exempt Job Summary Join us as the Product Manager and owner of a one-of-a-kind patented pump station product that generates over $6M in annual revenue and is manufactured exclusively at our Avon, CT facility. This is a rare opportunity to step into a legacy role, succeeding the innovator who introduced and championed the product for more than 30 years. You'll drive product strategy, sales growth, distributor relationships, and market expansion while serving as the technical expert for customers across the United States. Working closely with project management, you'll guide projects from concept through delivery, combining commercial leadership with product design and estimating expertise. Job Location This is a hybrid role that will be based out of the plant in Avon, CT. Job Responsibilities Drive the sales, marketing, and growth strategy for a patented pump station product sold through a nationwide distributor network. Serve as the product owner and subject matter expert, providing technical guidance to distributors, contractors, engineers, and end users throughout the project lifecycle. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and distributors by conducting site visits, supporting project execution, resolving issues, and identifying new business opportunities. Collaborate closely with project management and operations teams to support projects from initial quotation and product design through manufacturing, delivery, and customer handoff. Prepare estimates, review specifications, and assist in product design to ensure solutions meet customer requirements and project objectives. Represent the company at industry trade shows, customer meetings, and market events to promote products, strengthen partnerships, and expand market presence. Travel throughout the United States to support distributors, customers, and strategic projects while providing exceptional customer service and technical support. Identify opportunities for product improvements, market expansion, and revenue growth while helping preserve and advance a unique industry-leading product line.
