Administrative & Office Operations Manage office organization, filing systems, and digital records Monitor and manage Restaurant email and communication Monitor inventory and ordering for office supplies and uniforms Maintain confidentiality regarding employee and business information Manage CARES reports and communicate appropriately Manage Accounts Payables by tracking, entering, and paying invoices Support operational projects and administrative needs for restaurant leadership Handle incoming calls, emails, and team member inquiries professionally Maintain and submit End of Month Packet Compliance & Record keeping Maintain labor law postings and required documentation Assist with workers’ compensation, incident reporting, and safety documentation Track employee certifications, licenses, and required training Support audits and ensure accurate record retention practices Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Previous administrative, HR, or office management experience preferred Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and basic HR/payroll systems Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Strong attention to detail and follow-through Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment Preferred Characteristics Positive attitude and servant leadership mindset Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced restaurant environment Passion for developing people and supporting team culture Alignment with Chick‑fil‑A’s mission and values Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and move throughout the restaurant as needed Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Ability to work in both office and restaurant environments What We Offer Health, dental, and vision insurance Employee discounts on delicious Chick‑fil‑A meals Opportunity to grow your leadership skills in a supportive environmentFull‑time position with a dynamic and motivated team Ideal Candidate Highly organized and detail‑oriented People‑focused with excellent communication skills Professional handling of confidential information Motivated to contribute to a positive team atmosphere Ready to lead with passion and purpose?
