Roofing Sales Manager

Cincinnati, OH | Full-Time W-2 | $150,000–$300,000+

Roof It Forward has spent 20 years building a nationally recognized roofing and exterior restoration company with over $30 million in annual sales, proven systems, and the operational support to help great leaders succeed.

Now we're building Cincinnati.

We're looking for an experienced roofing sales professional who has mastered door-to-door sales, knows how to coach reps in the field, and believes accountability creates results.

Your mission is simple: train, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team while continuing to lead from the front.

You'll spend your time on ride-alongs, improving sales conversations, increasing closing percentages, reinforcing proven systems, and building a winning culture.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has roofing sales experience
• Has successfully led or mentored sales reps
• Thrives on coaching and accountability
• Leads with integrity, consistency, and high standards
• Wants to build something bigger than their own sales pipeline
