Position Title: Packer

Wage: $19.00/hour

Shift: 12 Hour Days

Hours: 6:00am - 6:00pm

QPS Employment Group is hiring Packers in Bloomingdale, IL for a for a food and beverage company. In this role, you will assist with the packing, labeling, and preparation of food and beverage products for shipment. This position is hands-on and requires the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment while performing repetitive tasks. Packer Responsibilities:
- Pack food and beverage products according to company and customer specifications
- Assemble boxes, containers, and packaging materials
- Inspect products and packaging for quality and accuracy
- Apply labels and ensure products are properly packaged
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow food safety, workplace safety, and company procedures
- Perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the workday
- Lift and move boxes or materials weighing up to 30 pounds
- Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Requirements for Packer:
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Comfortable performing repetitive motions and manual tasks
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- Previous warehouse, food production, manufacturing, or packing experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to frequently reach, bend, grasp and repetitive hand/arm movements
- Ability to lift and carry products or materials up to 30 pounds
- Ability to work safely around production and packaging equipment
