Aviation Audio Analyst

Aviation Audio Analyst, this is a flexible, remote freelance role where the candidate will transcribe and validate pilot-to-ATC audio communications to enhance AI systems in aviation safety. Key Responsibilities Listen to and transcribe pilot-to-ATC audio recordings accurately Review and validate AI-generated transcriptions for aviation terminology accuracy Label and annotate audio data to assist AI systems in understanding aviation communication Required Qualifications, Training, and Education Currently enrolled in or recently completed a flight training program (PPL, CPL, ATPL, or equivalent) Familiarity with standard pilot-to-ATC communication and aviation radio phraseology Comfortable working with audio tools and structured data entry Reliable and self-motivated with the ability to meet quality benchmarks independently No prior AI or data labeling experience required; guidance will be provided
