Creative Designer + Content Producer

Our sister company, Four Wings Marketing, is looking for a multi-talented creative to join our growing team full-time. We’re a fast-moving B2C-focused marketing agency working across lifestyle, hospitality, real estate, events, wellness, and luxury brands - and we’re looking for someone who thrives in creative environments and loves bringing brands to life visually. This role is ideal for someone who blends strong graphic design skills with photography and video capabilities, while also staying curious about emerging creative tools, AI, and modern content production. You’ll work across agency client accounts, our design-forward event venue Guad Haus, and a variety of exciting startup and passion projects. What You’ll Do Design social media graphics, presentations, marketing collateral, digital ads, and branded assets Assist in planning and creatively directing photo and video shoots Capture and edit photography and short-form video content Create content for social media, websites, email marketing, and campaigns Support brand development and visual identity projects Collaborate closely with leadership and clients on creative direction Contribute ideas for campaigns, experiential activations, and content concepts Help maintain a consistent, elevated aesthetic across brands and projects Explore and integrate AI-powered creative tools into workflows where useful Qualifications Strong graphic design skills with a clean, modern aesthetic Photography and/or videography experience required Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere, etc.) Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment with multiple brands at once Self-starter with strong communication and organizational skills Interest in branding, lifestyle marketing, hospitality, design, and culture Comfortable collaborating both remotely and in person Austin-area based required (hybrid role with some on-site work throughout Austin) Bonus Skills Experience with Midjourney or AI-generated imagery tools Social media content strategy understanding Experience shooting lifestyle, hospitality, real estate, or event content Familiarity with Canva, Squarespace, or social scheduling platforms To Apply Please send: Resume Graphic design portfolio Photography and/or video portfolio Any relevant social media or creative project links Salary Requirements We’re looking for someone excited to grow with a creative, entrepreneurial team that values strong design, thoughtful storytelling, and big ideas.
