Product Manager

Job Description

Responsibilities: • Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for finance technology initiative • Assess existing technologies and platforms and partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and technology transformation. • Lead evaluations of current-state systems and recommend future-state technology solutions to determine future-state product and platform strategies. • Define and prioritize product requirements based on business value, operational impact, and organizational goals. • Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment between business priorities, technology capabilities, and implementation timelines. • Champion organizational change management efforts and drive stakeholder engagement across impacted teams. • Facilitate communication between business users, technology teams, vendors, and project managers. • Drive solution design discussions and ensure requirements are clearly translated into actionable deliverables. • Support technology selection, business case development, and vendor evaluation activities. • Manage risks, dependencies, timelines, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycles. • Monitor future implementation progresses and ensure solutions deliver measurable business value. • Act as an advisor to leadership by providing recommendations on technology investments, vendor solutions, and product strategy.

Skills and Requirements

Qualifications: • 5+ years of Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Transformation, or related experience. • Strong experience/educational background within Finance domains/organizations (ex. FP&A background) • Experience leading enterprise technology evaluations, implementations, or transformation initiatives. • Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Experience building product roadmaps and managing cross-functional stakeholders. • Strong understanding of finance processes and supporting technologies. • Demonstrated experience leading change and driving adoption across business organizations.
