Responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of company programs or subsystems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for program activities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Establishes design concepts, criteria, and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test. Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer. Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing, and administrative areas.Basic QualificationsPrevious experience as an interface or representative to internal and/or external customers/stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExperience presenting to Directors and/or higherUS Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearanceDesired SkillsExperience with proposal productsPrevious experience with Request for Proposal (RFP) process and evaluationExperience in project management, finance, systems engineering, and/or new business effortsStrong organization, analytical, presentation, communications, and interpersonal skillsAble to develop strategic process improvement for the assigned team and look for ways to implement in the organizationChallenge driven employee with proven track record or meeting objectives and executing on commitmentsAbility to manage escalations and appropriately communicate to all stakeholders and executive staffFamiliarity with business processes (invoicing, billing, funding, etc.) in the context of prime and subcontractsExperience with IDIQ contractsFamiliarity with THAAD weapon system elements, capabilities, and CONOPsPrevious Supply Chain experienceAbility to travel if/as neededActive Secret clearancePay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
