Your Impact Lead with Passion: Directly supervise up to two departments and provide support across the hotel as needed, ensuring exemplary service. Your Responsibilities Create comprehensive training materials in line with brand standards. Conduct interviews, onboard new team members, and deliver ongoing training. Assist with administrative tasks, including invoice processing and audit preparation. Adapt to various shifts and maintain flexibility to meet business demands. Your Qualifications Minimum of 2 years in the hotel industry and 1 year in a supervisory role. Strong preference for candidates with brand experience and reservation system proficiency. Detail-oriented with a commitment to confidentiality and guest privacy. Exceptional communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
