Opening January 2027!!! PawDoc Urgent Care and Surgery Dental Center is opening a brand-new center in Tacoma, Washington! We are looking for an Urgent Care doctor to join our team! To meet the needs of our communities, we are opening a center bridging the gap between general practice and emergency/overnight care, offering non-life-threatening urgent care for pets in need. This role is ideal for: Emergency veterinarians ready to step away from the intensity of overnight or high-acuity ER shifts. Experienced general practitioners eager to broaden their scope in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Newer veterinarians seeking hands-on experience outside of general practice, with growth opportunities in a supportive culture. What we’re looking for: Interest in urgent care, emergency medicine, or building clinical confidence Strong diagnostic skills with an adaptable, thoughtful approach to patient care Excellent communication with clients and support staff Availability for evening and weekend shifts Compensation & Benefits: Competitive starting base salary between $120,000 - 150,000 with monthly production and no negative accrual Sign-on or relocation bonus available No non-compete Paid parental leave Generous PTO 401(k) with employer match Health, dental, and vision insurance HSA with company contribution Employee discounts and much more!
