Commercial Landscape/Irrigation Construction Manager OpportunityYou will be working for a long standing, well respected commercial landscape/irrigation construction company. The company focuses on large commercial projects such as office complexes, apartment buildings, shopping centers.Here's what you'd do:You'd bring solid business insight and strong leadership abilities to inspire your team and drive efficiency and profitability. Developing and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on driving retention.You'd be responsible for:Performance & Quality: Working with the Controller to accurately track branch performanceInspecting key client properties for overall job qualityAccurately estimating jobsClient Relations: Developing long-term relationships and exceptional client communicationCoordinating and managing client service teamsSales: Properly budgeting new sales goals for your DivisionWorking with the Business Developer to ensure those goals are met or exceededIdentifying prospectsOperations: Developing annual budgetsCorrect execution of contracts and timely completion of billingEnsuring proper use and care of all Division assetsPersonnel: Identifying staffing needs and ensuring completion of proper paper work for changes and hiresGuiding the training and development of team members, reviewing and developing growth plansImplementing and enforcing Sun State's policies and procedures; administering discipline as needSafety: Implementing methods to improve workplace safety and maintain a stellar safety recordQualifications:Management experience with a large, commercial landscape company, specifically landscape maintenance experienceManage a P&LMaintenance territory schedulingBidding/estimating new accountsHiring experienceExcel/spreadsheet experience
