Como Account Manager – Miembro del equipo del Agente de State Farm para Gabrielle Brennan (State Farm Agent), usted es una pieza clave en el funcionamiento diario de nuestro negocio y en el éxito de nuestros clientes. Su función es apoyar el crecimiento de la agencia a través de relaciones sólidas y significativas con los clientes, actuar como puente entre las necesidades del cliente y los diferentes departamentos de la agencia. También contribuye a mejorar la vida de nuestros clientes, ofreciendo de manera proactiva los productos y servicios que mejor se ajustan a sus necesidades. A la vez, puede desarrollar su carrera profesional mientras contribuye a fortalecer nuestra comunidad. Buscamos un profesional atento, sociable y orientado a las ventas, y nos entusiasma que forme parte de nuestro equipo. RESPONSABILIDADES
- Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con los clientes para impulsar la retención y el crecimiento.
- Realizar revisiones de pólizas y brindar recomendaciones a los clientes.
- Usar su conocimiento de nuestros productos de seguros para recomendar, explicar y ofrecer pólizas tanto a clientes potenciales.
- Español bilingüe (obligatorio).
- Se prefiere experiencia en ventas de seguros o administración de cuentas.
- Sólidas habilidades de liderazgo y relaciones interpersonales.
- Historial comprobado de cumplimiento de objetivos de ventas mensual.
- Disponibilidadda para participar en conversaciones de ventas
