Status Exempt General Summary Assist Retail Marketing Manager in planning, organizing, and prioritizing all regional marketing, advertising and promotional activities in accordance with corporate and regional objectives. Interface with dealers, DSMs, regional staff and corporate staff on all training and questions on marketing and incentive programs to ensure the proper communication and execution of such programs. This role offers hands-on training and exposure to all areas of our Regional operations, with a path for career growth. It is designed as a management trainee position, with the long-term goal of developing future District Managers, which will require field travel and relocation. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

1. st Priority - 30% Assist Retail Marketing Manager with the coordination of all advertising programs and activities, including dealer marketing group meetings, DAS and regional marketing stimulation fund tracking.
2. nd Priority - 20% Prepare and distribute regional reports to monitor sales, digital KPIs/sales, marketing, customer satisfaction, and training activities.
3. rd Priority - 20% Ad-hoc projects as requested by regional management.
4. th Priority - 15% Administration of regional promotions, auto shows, training and incentive programs.
5. th Priority - 10% Administer special incentive programs, including the communication of all regional marketing and incentive programs to dealers, DSM's, regional and corporate staff, monitoring of payments, and enforcing policies and procedures with dealers.
6. th Priority - 5% Assist and administer Digital Marketing & Advertising, digital communications and digital education activities for Regional Management, Field Staff and dealers.

Qualifications/Education Bachelor's or equivalent work experience required. Job Requirement 0-3 years' work or internship experience required. Wholesale automotive, merchandising, marketing or advertising experience is a plus. Occasional travel may be required. May need to work additional hours outside of normal business hours as required by the job, including weekends or holidays. Perform other duties as assigned. Ability to relocate to a new location if requested by company. Specialized Skills And Knowledge Required Excellent oral and written communications skills. High level of organizational, planning and analytical skills. Strong PC knowledge in Windows-based environment to include MS Office software with an emphasis on Word, Excel and Power Point. Ability to assist with regional decisions pertaining to special incentives and incentive exceptions based on KUS's Sales Policies and Procedures.
