Clinical Manager - Specialty

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with at least two years of nursing experience to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include applying critical thinking , effective communication, and decisive judgment to ensure optimal patient outcomes with minimal supervision.
Must work well under stress and take appropriate actions in urgent situations.
Required credentials include
ONCC Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider Certificate for those administering chemotherapy, ACLS for ICU, ED, PACU, Endo, Tele, OB, MHN Pre-Op, and Specialty Procedural areas, and PALS for Pediatric units (excluding NICU).
Fetal Monitoring certification is needed for L&D RNs.
Newly licensed RNs have six months to obtain necessary certifications.
