Adecco is hiring Machine Operators for a leading automotive manufacturer in Franklin, OH. If you have manufacturing or machine operating experience, you can start fast and earn steady pay plus overtime.

Pay & Schedule

· $18+/hr (based on shift & experience)

· 1st, 2nd & 3rd shifts available

· Weekly pay + overtime opportunities

What You’ll Do

· Operate production machines and equipment

· Load materials and unload finished parts

· Inspect products using measuring tools

· Follow work instructions and safety standards

· Report issues and support team production goals

Requirements

· Machine operator or manufacturing experience (required)

· Automotive experience (plus – not required)

· Ability to stand 8–12 hours & lift up to 50 lbs

· Attention to detail and reliability

· Steel-toe boots required

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
