Pigtails and Crewcuts is looking for a Front Desk Coordinator who can keep our salon running smoothly, make families feel welcome AND help us create great social media content.

This isn’t your typical front desk job.

One minute you’re checking in a family, the next you’re answering the phone, helping with retail, filming a TikTok or grabbing the perfect photo for Instagram.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Welcome families and create a great first impression
• Answer phones and schedule appointments
• Check clients in and out
• Keep the front desk organized and running smoothly
• Assist with retail sales
• Take photos and videos around the salon
• Create fun, engaging social media content
• Help promote our team, services, specials and events

SOCIAL MEDIA EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

This is an important part of the job, not an occasional extra.

You should already be comfortable:

• Creating TikToks and Reels
• Filming and editing short-form video
• Taking great photos
• Writing captions
• Posting to TikTok, Facebook and Instagram
• Recognizing content that people will actually want to watch

If social media intimidates you, this probably isn’t your job.

If someone says, “We should make a TikTok,” and you immediately have three ideas, KEEP READING.
