- Conduct various ultrasound exams, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
- Prioritize patient comfort and safety throughout procedures, providing clear and compassionate explanations
- Work collaboratively with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver high-quality diagnostic images
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot imaging equipment, reporting any malfunctions promptly
- Document procedures accurately and maintain comprehensive patient records within the electronic medical framework
- Stay informed about advances in ultrasound imaging techniques and industry best practices
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
- Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred
- Current ARDMS certification or equivalent
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
- Proficient in sonographic imaging techniques and effective patient positioning
