Job Description:
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
• Test Strategy & Planning: Define and own the overall test strategy, approach, and test plan;
identify scope, test objectives, entry/exit criteria, risks, and mitigation plans; develop and manage
the test schedule and milestones; act as the primary point of contact for all testing-related
activities.
• Preparation & Coordination: Coordinate closely with business testers, vendors, ensure proper
test coverage and traceability; coordinate test data preparation and management; ensure
readiness of environments for integration testing.
• Analysis & Reporting: Provide regular status reports, dashboards, and quality metrics to
stakeholders.

Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a Test Manager who is responsible for defining and executing the overall test
strategy, including the management of scope, objectives, risks, and project milestones. Acting as the
primary point of contact, they coordinate across business teams and vendors to ensure
comprehensive test coverage and the readiness of testing environments. Additionally, the role
focuses on driving quality through the delivery of actionable performance metrics and status reports
to stakeholders.
