Job title: Production Technician 1st shift

Onsite, Location: Livermore, CA
Pay Range: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
Work Schedule: 1st Shift (5:00 AM - 1:30 PM)
Temporary Assignment 3 months but could extend with temporary to hire opportunities 

We are actively seeking a  Production Technician to join a respected advanced manufacturing organization serving highly technical industries. In this hands-on role, you will assemble precision mechanical and electromechanical products while maintaining exceptional quality standards. To Be Successful in This Role, You’ll Bring

• High school diploma, trade school diploma, or equivalent education.
• 2+ years of manufacturing, assembly, production, or related experience.
• Experience working with precision mechanical and/or electromechanical components.
• Ability to use hand tools, measuring devices, and production equipment effectively and safely.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the confidence to resolve routine production challenges independently.
• Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to follow written procedures, technical instructions, and quality standards.
• Dependable work habits and a strong focus on workplace safety.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Assemble mechanical and electromechanical components according to established specifications and work instructions.
• Perform both repetitive and customized assembly tasks while maintaining strict quality standards.
• Operate production tools and equipment, including hand tools, presses, testing devices, ovens, vacuum systems, and measuring instruments.
• Inspect completed assemblies to help ensure functionality, appearance, and compliance with production requirements.
• Minimize rework through careful workmanship and attention to detail throughout the assembly process.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness within assigned work areas and shared production spaces.
• Properly care for company-issued tools, equipment, and workstations.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures, including required personal protective equipment guidelines.
• Assist with training and knowledge sharing when supporting less experienced team members.
• Support operational improvements and additional production-related duties as assigned.
