Job Description

Are you reliable, hardworking, and ready to join a high-energy team? Midway Staffing is hiring motivated individuals to work in a cold warehouse environment as a Forklift Driver. If you have experience operating Stand Up forklifts, or order picking, we want to hear from you!

We're Hiring: Stand Up Forklift Operators Raymond and/or Crown.

Location: Belvidere, IL
Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday (7am-5pm or 5pm-3am)
Pay: $21-$23

What You’ll Do:

Operate stand-up forklift/reach truck in a safe and efficient manner
Load and unload trailers and move products to designated areas
Perform accurate product stacking, staging, and inventory handling
Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Perform daily equipment checks and report issues promptly
Cold work environment

What We’re Looking For:

Prior experience in warehouse order selection (cold storage preferred)
Skilled in operating Stand Up Forklift
Great attention to detail and speed
Can meet performance metrics and productivity goals
Perfect attendance during the first 90 days is a must
