Patient Access & Referral Coordinator

Ochsner Health

Ochsner Health is seeking a referral management coordinator to oversee high-end access navigation, coordinating referrals, and delivering exceptional customer service to patients and providers. You will work with the Regional Referral Center and Clinic Concierge to streamline appointment scheduling and improve access for care.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in appointment scheduling or customer service, strong computer skills, and the ability to work collaboratively
