Location: 750 Union Street, Bangor, Maine, 04401 What You’ll Do: Personal Care Assistants are compassionate and dedicated individuals with a calling to make a positive impact on the lives of others. You will provide hands‑on support with daily activities and foster a warm and nurturing atmosphere for our residents. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with non‑medical, activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide meal planning, preparation, and feeding as required Provide medication reminders Foster meaningful connections with residents, offering emotional support, companionship, and a listening ear Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to contribute to resident care plans and provide input on individualized care needs Monitor and ensure the safety and well‑being of residents, promptly reporting any concerns or changes in health status Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided and any observations, contributing to the overall assessment of resident needs If you are passionate about making a real difference in people’s lives in an environment where compassion, care, and expertise come together, we invite you to join our team as a Personal Care Assistant.
