We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Director of Agent Growth & Success to lead the recruitment, development, engagement, and overall success of our real estate agents. This is a leadership role focused on helping agents build their businesses while contributing to the continued growth of our brokerage.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and relationship builder who understands the real estate industry and knows how to attract, develop, motivate, and retain high-performing agents. This individual will work closely with new and existing agents to identify opportunities for growth, provide guidance and resources, encourage business development, and create a positive, supportive brokerage culture.

The Director will also play a key role in agent recruiting and onboarding , developing training and development initiatives, monitoring agent engagement and performance, and helping agents reach their professional and production goals.

Agent Recruitment & Growth

• Develop and implement strategies to attract experienced and new real estate agents to the brokerage.

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective agents and guide them through the recruiting and onboarding process.

• Identify recruiting opportunities through networking, community involvement, social media, referrals, and industry connections.

• Represent the brokerage at recruiting events, networking events, and other industry activities.

Agent Development & Coaching

• Develop and implement programs designed to help agents improve their skills, confidence, productivity, and overall business performance.

• Provide one-on-one coaching, mentoring, and support to agents at various stages of their careers.

• Help agents establish business goals and develop strategies to achieve them.

• Identify challenges that may be limiting an agent’s success and provide resources or solutions.

Agent Engagement & Retention

• Build strong relationships with agents and create a culture where agents feel supported, valued, and motivated.

• Maintain regular communication with agents and identify opportunities to improve their experience with the brokerage.

• Develop initiatives that encourage agent engagement, collaboration, and long-term retention.

• Help new agents successfully transition into the brokerage and establish a strong foundation for their business.

Training & Education

• Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and professional development opportunities.

• Identify areas where agents would benefit from additional training, tools, technology, or resources.

• Stay current on real estate trends, technology, marketing strategies, and industry best practices.

Performance & Business Development

• Monitor agent activity, engagement, and production to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

• Work with agents to develop strategies for increasing leads, listings, sales, referrals, and overall production.

• Recognize high-performing agents and develop initiatives to motivate continued growth.

• Collaborate with brokerage leadership to establish and achieve agent growth and production goals.

Brokerage Culture & Leadership

• Promote a positive, professional, collaborative, and growth-oriented brokerage culture.

• Serve as a resource and point of contact for agents who need guidance, support, or direction.

• Collaborate with the Broker and leadership team on recruiting, retention, training, and business-growth initiatives.

• Help identify opportunities to improve brokerage systems, agent resources, and overall agent experience.

Community & Brand Development

• Represent the brokerage professionally within the local real estate community.

• Participate in networking events, community events, and industry organizations to increase the brokerage’s visibility.

• Help strengthen the brokerage’s reputation as a place where real estate professionals can grow and build successful careers.

• Strong ability to lead a team

• Develop and implement a scalable sales process in its entirety
