We're looking for driven individuals to work with homeowners, identify pest issues, provide solutions, and grow a strong, recurring customer base. What You'll Do: * Meet homeowners face-to-face and build relationships * Perform property inspections to identify pest risks * Recommend customized service solutions * Close sales through door-to-door prospecting and build long-term accounts * Develop and manage your own territory * Generate referrals and expand your presence What You Can Earn: $60K-$90K typical performers $100K+ top performers Uncapped commissions Requirements What We're Looking For: * Self-driven and competitive mindset * Strong communication skills * Ability to handle rejection * Sales experience preferred but not required
