Key Hourly Manager

Applebee's Neighborhood Grill & Bar

Description:
This individual will communicate a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism to all guest and employees. The attitude of this individual is exemplary by always providing a positive approach to any situation. This person excels in creating a guest-focused environment by concentrating on food quality, service and employee training and development at all times.

EXPERIENCE - SKILLS - ABILITIES
• Minimum six (6) months experience with Applebee's
• Stable work history

WORKING CONDITIONS
• Additional responsibilities and accountabilities
• Additional developmental projects
• Variable hours and schedules (up to 20 hours per week)
o Mid shifts only
o No exterior building keys and no alarm codes permitted
• Variable job functions and roles
• Professional approach to problem solving
• Restaurant "ownership" mentality

Requirements:
• Developed, tested and certified in all FOH positions. Must be certified in all BOH positions with 3 months of promotion to Key Hourly.
• Neighborhood Expert
• Completion of background check
• Completion of Batrus-Hollweg assessment
• Must complete ServSafe (or other CA approved food safety) certification
• Complete AB1825 Anti-harassment training per CA law
• Tests completed with a minimum score of 95%
• Approved by Area Director and V.P. of Operations
