Director of Purchasing

As a leader, you will effectively manage and review the business unit’s purchasing process including vendor solicitation and pre‑qualification; contract bidding, negotiation and award; vendor performance feedback and monitoring; dispute resolution; and vendor management. As Director of Purchasing, we’ll give you the autonomy, technology and support to partner with our construction team and make sure all products and services are ready for building our customer’s beautiful homes. Responsibilities Manage and review the purchasing process for the business unit Conduct vendor solicitation, pre‑qualification, contract bidding, negotiation, and award Provide vendor performance feedback, monitoring, and dispute resolution Oversee vendor management and ensure product and service readiness for construction Partner with construction teams to support building of homes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in construction management or a related discipline Minimum of six years experience in purchasing, procurement, estimating, and construction‑related activities Compensation and Benefits Annual salary of $155,000 – $165,000 plus bonus potential.
