About the Role
The Company is in need of a Vice President of HR to spearhead the development and implementation of a comprehensive HR strategy and transformation plan. The successful candidate will be tasked with modernizing and standardizing HR processes, driving automation, and optimizing HR systems to create a scalable and high-performing HR function. This role is pivotal in overseeing workforce planning, employee relations, compliance, total rewards, and organizational development, all while ensuring that the talent strategy is in line with the business objectives, particularly in a complex and regulated manufacturing environment. Applicants for the Vice President of HR position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' progressive HR experience, with a focus on executive-level leadership in multi-site manufacturing settings. The role requires a proven track record in implementing HR infrastructure and systems transformation, as well as deep expertise in employee relations, compliance, and compensation and benefits. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, capable of developing and leading teams, with strong business acumen and a focus on execution in a fast-paced, travel-intensive role.
