As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing professional and courteous support through phone, email, and chat channels. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Must reside in Alabama .
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–1 years of customer service experience required.
• Previous call center experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

• Desktop or laptop computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM .
• High-speed, reliable internet connection.
