Bogeys is hiring a reliable, hands-on Store Manager for our Weirton, WV location. Management experience is required.

This is a working management position responsible for keeping the store operating smoothly, leading employees, handling store operations, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Creating employee schedules and ensuring shifts are staffed
• Hiring, training, supervising, and managing employees
• Handling attendance, performance issues, and daily staff needs
• Completing store orders and managing inventory
• Cash handling, deposits, paperwork, and reports
• Maintaining a clean, organized, customer-friendly store
• Addressing customer concerns professionally
• Covering shifts and working alongside the team when needed
