Receptionist

ReceptionistWe are looking for a Receptionist for our corporate office in Greeley, CO. This position rotates Monday through Friday between receptionist and mailroom clerk with overtime every three weeks. Responsibilities include:Greeting and welcoming all visitors, internal and external.Announcing and directing them in a timely manner to their host.Receiving all incoming mail; US Mail, FedEx, UPS and Inter-company.Logging incoming UPS and FedEx deliveries and ensuring proper pickup by recipient.Sorting and distributing all mail to correct department mail boxes.Operating Postage Meter and processing outgoing mail.Maintaining security by following procedures and controlling access into the building; monitoring use of employee badges and issuing visitor badges.Switchboard – answering, screening and forwarding any incoming phone calls, while providing basic information when needed.Updating appointment calendars and scheduling conference rooms.May perform other clerical receptionist duties as needed.Travel to and from Greeley Beef plant and post office to drop off and pickup documents.Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.Qualifications:Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong customer service skills.Detail oriented and strong organizational skills.Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred.Proficient with Microsoft and Outlook.Professional appearance.Must be able to lift and move 50 lbs+ when in mailroom.Experience in similar roles.Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise.High school degree.Ability to organize, multi-task, prioritize and work under pressure.Team player.The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule;Base salary range of $19.50 per hour.JBS USA is a leading global provider of diversified, high-quality food products, including a portfolio of well-recognized brands and innovative, easy-to-use food solutions.
