OnSite Specialist - Hollywood, CA
$24.82 - $33.58 per hourStryker
On-site specialist position supporting surgical operations at a Hollywood-area medical facility. Manages medical equipment during procedures, troubleshoots device issues, coordinates with OR staff and surgeons, and maintains account credentialing and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and support surgical equipment during procedures and perioperative phases
- Anticipate device needs and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions in operating rooms
- Educate surgeons and OR personnel on Stryker products and new technologies
- Record and report surgical data metrics and maintain account credentialing documentation
- Provide coverage across multiple shifts, accounts, and regions as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Operating room experience and surgical procedure knowledge preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems independently in high-stress situations
- Flexibility for rotating shifts, on-call coverage, and overnight travel
- Must live within 45 minutes of facility if on-call services required
- CRCST certification within 6 months if assigned to sterile processing
Compensation: $24.82 - $33.58 USD hourly
