Distinguished Engineers are expected to lead through technical contribution. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree At least 9 years of experience in Software Engineering and solution architecture At least 9 years of experience in Cloud computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) At least 9 years of experience in Data architecture Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's or Master\'s Degree in Computer Science or a related field 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering and solution architecture 3+ years of experience in building tools within Anti-Money Laundering, Know Your Customer, Financial Crime, or Fraud detection domains 3+ years of professional experience implementing AI/ML strategies for anomaly detection, entity resolution in a regulatory environment that requires a high bar for explainability 3+ years professional experience implementing Product Observability Capital One will consider sponsoring a new qualified applicant for employment authorization for this position. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
