Job ID: SRJ_7027Posted: 2025-04-17Location: Fort Worth, TXSalary: USD 80-140 / Yearly (Full Time)Employment Type: Full TimeClient: TechMContact: Meghana GorusuCompany: SRI Tech SolutionsJob Title: NC Programmer - FLRAA CATIA (V6 / 3DX)Location: Fort Worth, TXOnsite/ Remote: Onsite***Description:Must have experience with CATIA (V6 / 3DX) and visible on the resume.Models, Bills of Materials, Technical Specifications, Quality Documents, Bell Process Framework, and departmental procedures as necessary to perform assignedwork.Provides MCAD operational models and 2D drawings for manufacturing process planning sequences as required.Provide process liaison support for manufacturing operations when MCAD models with 2D drawings exist as required.Develops, Creates and Maintains Tooling/Fixture definition for manufacturing operations for all media types including MCAD and manual legacy designs.Executes creation and maintenance of CATIA (V6 / 3DX) programs and operator instructions forNumerical Controlled equipment.Responsible for developing, creating, and maintaining Loft MCAD models, flat patterns and associated digital tooling programs.Working knowledge of CATIA (V6 / 3DX) NC Programming, Loft, Engineering, Tool Design,Manufacturing and Planning processes and procedures.Skilled in the concept related to the application of GD&T/Aerospace tolerances.Supports producibility assessments when requested.Maintains records and schedules of work assigned.Will meet established company cost control standards, schedule and quality requirements to maintain market competitiveness.Provide technical assistance to procurement and suppliers as determined by management.Execute strong communication skills, both verbal and written, required to communicate and interact between internal and external customers.Apply extensive aircraft manufacturing knowledge and be prepared to train, direct, instruct, mentor and check/validate Production Engineering work.Required to attend training and complete competency-based testing as required by management to remain current with technological advancements.Qualifications - External*Educational Requirements:Four (4) years college or eight (8) years of experience in the aircraft industry.
