We are looking for a dependable Epoxy Surface Technician to join our team in the Katy/Fulshear/Richmond TX area. No prior experience needed —we will provide full on-the-job training! You will learn surface preparation, epoxy mixing, and professional flooring application for residential and commercial projects.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare concrete floors using grinders, scrapers, and pressure washers.
- Repair concrete cracks and joints using fillers and patch kits.
- Mix resins, apply epoxy base coats, throw decorative flakes, and roll topcoats.
- Keep job sites clean, maintain tools, and follow standard safety rules.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Entry-level (0–2 years in construction, painting, landscaping, or general labor is a plus).
- Requirements:
- 18+ years old with a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Able to lift up to 50–75 lbs and stand, kneel, or bend for long periods.
- Strong work ethic, good communication, and reliability.
Compensation: Starting pay for entry-level technicians is $20.00–$23.00 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications. Experienced concrete coatings, epoxy flooring, or construction professionals may be offered a higher starting wage based on their skills and proven experience.
