Commercial Account Manager About the Opportunity Our client is a well-established insurance firm offering a comprehensive range of Commercial, Personal, and Group Benefits Insurance solutions. As a Commercial Account Manager , you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing a book of commercial accounts, serving as a trusted advisor to clients while ensuring seamless policy management and renewal processes. This is a full-time, fully in-office position. Responsibilities Manage the entire renewal process independently for each commercial lines account, including scheduling renewal meetings, facilitating policy reviews, and consulting on policy changes. Prepare quotes and estimates for new business opportunities. Re-market accounts to carriers, bind coverages, and handle invoicing. Cross-sell and up-sell products and services to existing clients; write new business from referrals and inbound leads — no cold calling or prospecting required. Negotiate with carriers to secure optimal coverage and pricing for clients. Process certificates of insurance and policy endorsements. Bind policies and ensure all documentation is accurate and timely. Report to the office Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry. Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required. Candidates residing within 30 minutes of the office are preferred.
