Occupational therapy in the skilled nursing setting is about one thing:helping people get back to the activities that define their lives. AtTheraDynamics, our OTs in SNF settings work with patients recovering fromstrokes, hip fractures, cardiac events, and progressive neurologicalconditions. You will design creative, functional interventions that addressADLs, cognitive retraining, upper extremity rehabilitation, and safe dischargeplanning. Your work directly determines whether a patient goes home or stays ina facility - and we give you the tools, time, and support to make that happen.

What You Will Do

You will conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations, developindividualized treatment plans focused on functional independence, andcollaborate with nursing, PT, SLP, and social work to ensure coordinatedpatient care. You will address self-care skills, cognitive and perceptualdeficits, home safety, adaptive equipment needs, and caregiver training. Yourclinical reasoning will be valued, and your productivity expectations will berealistic.

What You Bring

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current or eligible for New York State OT license
• NBCOT certification (or eligible)
• Passion for helping patients regain independence
• Strong clinical reasoning and creative problem-solving skills
