Nurse Supervisor

Seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead outpatient rehabilitation teams with a focus on compassionate, personalized patient care. Responsibilities Include Developing and implementing patient care programs, policies, and procedures. Serving as a liaison between administration, management, and staff to ensure seamless operations. Supervising nursing care, treatment, and services during assigned shifts or units. Monitoring staff performance, providing feedback, evaluations, and discipline as needed. Assuming patient care duties when necessary and building meaningful relationships to support recovery. Celebrating patient victories and fostering a supportive team environment. Qualifications Include Current RN licensure according to state regulations. BLS certification, with ACLS and CRRN certifications obtainable within one year. Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field. Minimum of two years recent inpatient hospital experience. Previous leadership experience, such as charge nurse or lead capacity, responsible for staff oversight and accountability.
