Termite Technician Hourly

Pay & Benefits Base pay between $20 to $24 per hour Additional commission and bonus opportunities (top techs earn up to $60k+ per year) Paid training, licensing, and certifications Eligibility for a performance‑based raise as soon as 90 days Company vehicle, gas card, tablet, equipment, and products Opportunity & Development Real opportunity for growth (30% company growth and 120+ internal promotions last year) Merit‑based "technician pathway" program with specific milestones for promotions and pay increases Individualized leadership plan focused on helping you achieve your personal aspirations and goals Responsibilities Day in the life of a Termite Technician: You will have the perfect mix of independence and building relationships with others. Each day, you will prepare for and execute your assigned route with the highest level of care and respect, speaking face‑to‑face with customers to build genuine relationships, set expectations, and resolve concerns. Prepare the specific materials for the customer’s unique needs Notify the customer you are on your way Knock on the door and greet the customer Perform the service Report in person and record detailed notes on observations, actions taken, and recommendations for ongoing pest protection Proceed to the next customer Qualifications What you need to be successful: A positive, people‑focused attitude Desire to grow as an individual and build positive relationships Effectively communicate value to customers Learn to analyze pest activity, explain it to customers, and take action Follow servicing protocols to apply solutions/products Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally Must be 21 years of age or older for insurance purposes A valid driver’s license, authorized to work in the US Experience in manual labor, service routes, or outdoor work Face‑to‑face customer service experience and people skills Current pest control license or previous experience with pest control or pesticides Desire to learn and develop as an individual and leader Previous experience in termite work is a strong plus Fox Pest Control is an Equal Opportunity / Protected Veterans / Individuals with Disabilities Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Rollins, Inc.
